Previous expertise includes over 5 years at HealthComp as Director of Sales and was responsible for consultative sales and participated in new business development in HealthComp’s West region (CA, AZ, NV). Prior to joining HealthComp, Kyle served as a Regional Sales Director for CoreSource, now Trustmark, and Sales and Client Development Executive for POMCO Administrators, Inc., now UMR. Kyle also served as a Human Resources Manager for Inland Star Distribution Centers, Inc. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Fresno Pacific University, Fresno, California.
Debra has more than 30 years of expertise in the health care industry. In her current role, Debra oversees and manages all sales operations for Pinnacle. Through her experiences, she worked on the development of strategic relationships at the consulting and executive levels, as well as extensive knowledge on market trends, plan design, pricing, funding alternatives, contribution strategies and implementation. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Debra was a Senior Sales Executive at Anthem, where she consistently excelled as one of the top national sales performers and served on various internal advisory committees. Debra has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Linguistics.
In her current role with Pinnacle, Mary Beth provides consultative selling support to large groups in all industries. Mary Beth brings over 11 years of expertise in the health care industry. In her previous TPA role as a Regional Sales Director she was responsible for consultative sales, TPA acquisitions, and new business development in states of California, New Mexico, and Utah. Mary Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
In his current role with Pinnacle, Jeff provides consultative selling support on groups of all sizes and across all industries. With more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry working with large groups, he is well versed in self-funded plan administration, design and financing. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Jeff worked at Anthem as an account executive in their national account unit for 14 years. During the first half of his career he worked for various benefit consulting firms serving trust funds, public sector, defense contractors, banking, grocery/retail and a number of other industries. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
